Tokenization answers "is this card data safe from theft?" It replaces the PAN with a token so card data never has to live in the merchant environment. That is real and valuable - but a token confirms a card was used, not that the cardholder consented. Nulliti answers the second question: it produces a biometric cryptogram bound to a specific cardholder, device, and transaction - the evidence that wins disputes.
