Use case · AI / Agentic Commerce
Provable human consent for agent-initiated purchases.
AI agents are already booking travel, renewing subscriptions, and procuring software autonomously. But payment rails still assume a human at checkout. Nulliti gives each agent a scoped payment token bound to an enrolled human - so agents transact within defined limits and every purchase traces back to a person who authorized it.

The problem
Agents can transact. Payment rails can't tell who authorized it.
Enterprises work around the gap with stored CVVs, unlimited virtual cards, and shared credentials - each of which creates fraud exposure and fails PCI compliance. As agent fleets scale, so does the ungoverned spend authority sitting behind them.
Nulliti's approach
Delegated authority, anchored to a human.
Enroll the principal
A user or enterprise admin enrolls once via biometric, generating a scoped payment token the agent can use within defined limits of amount, merchant category, and time window.
Scope the token
MCC and velocity controls are baked into the token itself - not the agent's code - so the guardrails hold regardless of what the model does or how it is prompted.
Trace every purchase
The biometric binding creates an auditable chain of authorization: every agent transaction is traceable to a human principal, with card data held by the token provider rather than in the enterprise environment.
The agentic thesis
Autonomy needs an accountability anchor.
As commerce shifts from human checkout to agent execution, the missing primitive is a portable, provable link between a machine action and the human who consented to it. Nulliti's token architecture - protected under granted U.S. Patent No. 12,499,444 B1 - was built to carry exactly that binding, giving enterprises a way to grant autonomous spend without surrendering control or auditability.
What this unlocks
Autonomy your finance and security teams can sign off on.
- Agents transact within pre-authorized limits - no human in the loop for each purchase.
- Full audit trail: every purchase linked to an enrolled human principal.
- MCC and velocity controls baked into the token, not the agent.
- Designed to work alongside enterprise agent platforms and custom LLM stacks.
- No new card data in the enterprise environment - card data stays with the token provider.
