About Nulliti
Proof is the missing layer.
Every card payment can be authorized, but the network can't prove who authorized it. Nulliti exists to close that gap - a thin proof layer that binds each transaction to the real cardholder and turns disputed payments into settled evidence.
The proof layer Our mission
Make cardholder intent provable.
Friendly fraud, chargebacks, and disputed subscriptions all live in the same gap: the card network confirms a payment happened, but it cannot prove the person who authorized it. Nulliti was built to record provable, biometric-bound consent for every transaction - additive to the stack merchants, acquirers, and issuers already run, and portable across every side of the transaction.
Provable
Each transaction carries a cryptographic record of intent - the evidence that ends "he said, she said" disputes.
Private
Biometrics never leave the cardholder's device. A single on-device confirmation creates a device-bound passkey.
Additive
Not a wallet and not tokenization - a proof layer that sits on top of the payments you already process.
Protected technology
U.S. Patent No. 12,499,444 B1
Nulliti's approach to provable, biometric-bound cardholder authorization is protected by a granted United States patent. The invention covers binding a device-resident biometric passkey to a payment card and producing signed, portable proof of cardholder intent for each transaction.
U.S. Patent 12,499,444 B1 - granted
- Device-bound biometric passkey, cryptographically bound to the card.
- Signed proof of intent attached to each transaction.
- Portable identity anchor that works across merchants and lanes.
- On-device by design - no biometric data leaves the cardholder's device.
Why we built it
Every system in the chain proves the card. None of them prove the person.
That gap is where friendly fraud lives - roughly three in four chargebacks - and it is the reason Nulliti exists.
We built the missing piece: a proof layer that binds each payment to the cardholder's own biometric and produces a signed record of consent that travels with the transaction. The approach is protected by U.S. Patent No. 12,499,444 B1, granted December 2025.

Nulliti awarded U.S. Patent No. 12,499,444 B1
The United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted Nulliti a patent covering provable, biometric-bound cardholder authorization for card payments. The invention binds a device-resident biometric passkey to a payment card and produces signed, portable proof of cardholder intent for every transaction. It is the technical foundation of the Nulliti proof layer.
