Privacy Policy

This policy covers nulliti.com. It does not cover the Nulliti service, which is governed by our agreement with the merchant, processor, or bank you deal with.
What we collect
If you book a demo, we collect your name, work email address, company, role, industry, and approximate monthly card volume. If you do not book a demo, we collect none of it.
Your browser also sends standard technical information when it requests a page, such as IP address and browser type.
We do not collect payment card numbers, biometric data, or account credentials on this site. There is nowhere here to enter them.
Why we use it
To schedule and prepare your demo, to reply to you and follow up about Nulliti, and to keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who else handles it
HubSpot holds your contact record. Cal.com handles the booking. Our website host and email provider handle the site and our replies. Each acts on our instructions and may not use your information for its own purposes.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to a successor in a merger or sale of assets.
Cookies
This site uses cookies necessary to run it and to measure how it is used. You can block or delete them in your browser; parts of the site may then not work.
How long we keep it
For as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. Technical logs are kept briefly and discarded.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to our privacy address.
California residents have the rights to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
Individuals in the EEA and UK have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and may complain to their supervisory authority.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect this information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This is a business site. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We will post any change here and update the date above.
